President Dilma Rousseff of the Worker's Party will be facing Social Democratic challenger Aecio Neves in Brazil's presidential run-off on October 26th. Alfred Montero discusses some of the issues that have been dominating the campaign. Montero is a Professor of Political Science at Carleton College and is the author of most recently "Brazil: Reversal of Fortune."
