Why do we procrastinate? One theory is that we live a technological age where gadgets and information demand our constant attention. Does this shorten our attention span, requiring us to look for nonstop stimulation? It is trait viewed upon unfavorably, every motivational coach has devise strategies to overcome it, yet still many of us can claim to be an expert. Clinical psychologist Joel Low explores a few other theories.
