We discussed the matter with Dr. K Kalithasan, the Coordinator of the RIVER Care Programme at the Global Environment Centre, who is also involved in the River of Life programme, which is an Entry Point Project in the Greater Kuala Lumpur/ Klang Valley National Key Economic Area (NKEA), under the Economic Transformation Programme.
