Bukit Gasing state assemblyman Rajiv Rishyakaran returns for his first show of 2017 to address two news items from Selangor recently. One is the availability of full doctoral scholarships to deserving Selangor residents, and the other on the ban of polystyrene food containers and the retail use of free plastic bag starting January 1st.
