As we experienced with the first MCO last year, staying at home can be stressful, especially if we’re working from home and have family responsibilities to juggle: taking care of our kids, preparing for back-to-back Zoom meetings. So we thought, why not explore ways that can help us take a step back and ground us amid the hustle and bustle of everyday life? And what better way than meditation?
