The Prihatin stimulus package avowed that no one would be left behind, but further analysis of the package shows it fails to account for many exposed to the fallout from the COVID-19 outbreak, including female-headed households, domestic violence survivors, women workers in vulnerable employment, and at-risk non-citizens living in Malaysia. We discuss how the scope of the stimulus package must be widened to meet the needs of these groups.
