An Unbelievable Story of Rape

Before the Stanford rape case that has gripped our attention and the headlines for the past week, there was another story. A story of a girl, Marie, who was raped and wasn’t believed. Who was instead told that she would need to recant her story and be branded a liar for it. An Unbelievable Story of Rape tells Marie’s story and showcases the importance of fighting against rape culture and of listening when women use their voices.
