Facebook and 27 partners has released a whitepaper for a new type of cryptocurrency called Libra. The new type of digital money is designed for the billions of people already using its apps and social network to shop and send money - on apps like Messenger and Instragram, as well as other merchants like Uber, Spotify and MasterCard.
