Anwar Jumabhoy from BCE Consulting saw this problem and decided to embark on a research and interviewed over 100 business heads in Malaysia, India, US, Singapore and Australia. He will be publishing a book titled 9 Entrepreneurisms which serves as a guide on “hard-coding” entrepreneurial practices into large organizations.
