Ironman is considered to be one of the most difficult single-day races in the world. It is a gruelling triathlon that starts with a 3.8km swim, followed by 180km bicycle ride and ends with a 42km marathon. Marathon runner and fitness instructor Karen Siah managed to complete it within 14 hours.
