Once branded an environmental terrorist for her work to expose the dangers of pesticides, Sarojeni Rengam, the Executive Director of Pesticide Action Network, Asia and the Pacific (PAN AP) was among the recipients of the ‘Gender Pioneers for a Future Detoxified’ award, in the Conferences of the Parties to the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm (BRS) Conventions on May 3, 2017 in Geneva, Switzerland. She joins us for an in-depth discussion on her decades-long work in championing women's issues in various campaigns against toxic pesticides.
