Tackling Texting Anxiety

It’s probably happened to a lot of us before. In the workplace, it might be the other way around. We feel the pressure to reply to a work e-mail or text message ASAP. So we thought we’d find ways to tackle the anxieties that surround text messaging, and better take care of ourselves.
