相近的文化使「宝岛」台湾成为马来西亚华裔子弟的留学重镇,更成了留学生毕业后的其中一条就业之路。不过,升学期间不乏学长姐环绕相助;就业谋职的过程中却不一定能轻易取得相关资讯。因此,一群在台毕业的侨外生成立了『迦南计划』。一个原本只是共享留台就业资讯的脸书群组;如今已经拓展成了职业串联平台,协助侨外生寻获适合自己的职业、活出影响力。

本期节目,我们就先来聊聊:侨外生在马来西亚与台湾两国留学后的就业前景。
