If your back is playing up, your neck and shoulders are feeling tight, and your legs are getting increasingly more restless, you probably don’t have the best setup to work from home. For many, the makeshift remote work setup consists of a little desk and a dining table chair—not exactly the ergonomic home office setup the health and safety department would recommend.
