But the question is, are reactions to violence with more violence our only option? Stan Amaladas, the author of a recently launched book, Intentional Leadership shares with us on his thoughts about how important is intentional leadership in our society today. While his book is motivated by the reality of violence, it is also inspired by the human capacity to well, raise your game and “go high” in the face of violence.
