Believing that there really is no excuse for bad design, Mona Patel founded Motivate Design- an agency in the States that does a lot of research and thinking to find creative ways to improve the user experience for products and services. With this experience and a desire to share what she knew, she wrote a book called Reframe, that looks at shifting the way we work, innovate and think.
