By the Book: Can Books Help End Violence Against Women?

What can books and literature contribute towards raising awareness on and eventually ending violence against women? To mark International Women’s Day, we look at The Read For Pixels programme, by The Pixel Project, an online initiative that organises YouTube sessions with authors, to discuss their writing, why they support ending violence against women, and women in the media and popular culture. We find out more from The Pixel Project’s founder, Regina Yau. And then in Footnotes, we each share a woman writer we’ve recently enjoyed reading.
