If you’ve managed to avoid a pothole while driving on the road, well done to you! It’s almost impossible to find 50 metres of a smooth, well-tarred stretch of road in PJ these days. And potholes is just one of the litany of complaints that PJ residents’ have been unhappy about for the longest time, with little action being taken by the city council. But that’s about to change with the launching of the MyCleanCity app last week. Designed as an online notice board for residents to share their grievances and the council to act upon them, it just might be the answer to better accountability.
