Anti-trafficking group Shared Liberty filed a petition against Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, alleging that the firm has child and forced labour practices. Sime Darby has since responded saying that they will engage with the NGO to investigate. We look at what it takes to hold businesses accountable to ensure that best practices are employed throughout their supply chains.
