Just last month, a US court ruled that Malaysian Rahinah Ibrahim was not a threat to national security and was the victim of a bureaucratic “mistake”, in her suit against the US government for placing her on a US government no-fly list. She’s the first person to successfully challenge the list. The Evening Edition spoke with her lawyer, Elizabeth Pipkin, about the case.
