Also, Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz tabled amendments to raise the debt ceiling for Covid spending, and Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's motion to debate the Pandora Papers was declined again by the Dewan Rakyat Speaker.
