Underage Driving: Why Is It Still Happening?

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has announced that severe action can be taken against anyone who allows underaged individuals to drive, after news of a tragic incident in which a grass cutter was killed after being hit by a 16-year-old driver. We look into why this issue is still prevalent in the country, and what can be done to curb it.
