More Separation of Power Needed

Former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman has been acquitted of some 45 charges, related to kickbacks from 16 logging companies in the state. We reached out to constitutional lawyer Surendra Ananth, for more insight into the legal process.
