We admit that we'd never thought of doing a buying guide of the Alphard due to its place in local car culture, but its reputation doesn't seem to faze the general Malaysian population who are looking for a massive, dependable and luxurious people-carrier. Daniel Fernandez gives us an insight into the Alphard's quirks, general maintenance issues and the reasons as to why Malaysians love them so much.
