Youth Leadership Academy Malaysia: Developing Future Leaders

In 2009, McKinsey launched the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) in Malaysia – an accelerated leadership program designed to bring the very best of McKinsey’s global experience in building the capabilities of leaders across the public, private and community sectors in more than 50 countries. Some of Malaysia’s most successful leaders including Azran Osman of AirAsia X, Mark Chang, the CEO of Jobstreet and Johan Merican have shared their insights and experience with the YLA participants in the past.
