Of Trusted Mechanisms & Stronger Authentication Methods

COVID-19 has resulted in as many as one in four workers to work home – leading to a tremendous increase in online transactions and employee logins to virtual workplaces on unsafe networks. Cybercriminals are taking advantage of this, with up to 60% of cyberthreats in January to April 2020 comprising of phishing scams.

In a COVID-19 world where everything is remote, organisations need to look at ways to keep data safe and to ensure that digital trust is maintained. Claus Hansen, Vice President, Digital Security (Asia Pacific) at Entrust shares his insight on how companies can implement trust mechanisms to ensure stronger authentication methods and protect your valuable data.
