Follwing the Federal Court's ruling that the Selangor Syariah law on "unnatural sex" is unconstitutional, Law Minister Takiyuddin Hassan said that there should be no further challenges to state Shariah laws, in order to upkeep social harmony and national unity. But is it important for the rakyat to be able to challenge our laws? We speak with Fahri Azzat for his thoughts.
