What was considered a dietary fad is now a global movement growing at a fast pace. In the last ten years, we have seen global numbers of vegan options multiply by more than seven times, especially among the under 35’s. The consumer revolution is quietly taking place already, even in Malaysia. Leading this movement here in Malaysia is La Juiceria. We catch up with co-founder Anabelle to see how her business has changed over the years to reflect this change.
