There's been reports of a shortage of domestic helpers throughout the pandemic. We look into how the current system is like now, and what factors are influencing the shortages. Next, we talk to families who have been affected by this issue, and how they've been coping without the aid of domestic helpers. Finally, we look at what mechanism needs to be put in place, and what role the government should play.
