Last week's tabling of the Federal government's budget for 2018 was largely seen as an election budget, and the same has been said of Penang's own budget announcement yesterday.

Today the attention will now focus on whether Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali will do the same, especially in light of Prime Minister Najib Razak's attempts to win back voters in the state.
