Waste separation- effective or not?

It has been a month since the mandatory separation of waste programme was implemented. Residents living in landed properties in selected states, including Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, will have to separate their waste into two different categories; a residual waste pile and a recyclable solid waste pile. We explore how effective it has been so far, among other issues, and give you a checklist of how to go about it.

This is a report by Sharyl Kaur and Ashraf Zein.
