Malaysian filmmaker Liew Seng Tat has come a long way and is fresh back from the international film festival circuit, but he continues to carry his childlike sensibilities with him like a snail carries it's home on it's back. Last month Seng Tat's latest film "Lelaki Harapan Dunia " opened the 67th Festival del Film Locarno in Switzerland. It depicts the Malay tradition of ‘Angkat Rumah’, where villagers come together to literally carry a whole house to a new location.
