What started off as targeted RON95 subsidies that excluded Malaysia's top 15 per cent now includes all Malaysians. According to Finance Minsiter II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, projected savings from this plan have decreased from RM8 bullion to RM2.5-4 billion annually.
