妇女节专题：AWAM为大马女性争取权益！大马性别平权还需「加速推进」

这个周五就是国际妇女节，今年的主题是“投资女性，加速进步。英文的全文是invest in Women , accerlerate progress. 也有着在资源更多投注在女性，加快进步的步伐意义。在2024年，全球性别不平等问题依然存在。许多国家仍存在性别歧视，女性在职场、冲突环境和无偿照料工作中面临不公平待遇。气候变化加剧了不平等现象。尽管如此，女性持续为性别平等奋斗，展现了温柔与坚韧，不仅为自身权益，也为性少数群体发声，且在各领域取得优秀表现。但是我们的社会是否已经有投注平等的资源在女性身上？而在妇女节里面提到的「加速进步」指的又是哪一些方面不够进步？我们邀请到妇女行动协会（AWAM）主席何玉苓和我们一起来探讨性别平等议题，以及大马在政策上有哪方面可以继续更进步。
