北京继续收紧对港钳制，香港启动23条立法：增五大国安罪

被官方誉为“定海神针”的《香港国安法》上路已超过三年，从当年被港府宣称是“只针对一小撮人的法律”，到百分百的定罪率，在香港社会引起广泛的寒蝉效应。近期，香港政府在1月30日又启动了为期一个月的《基本法》第23条立法进行公众咨询，立法的建议包括订立全新的《维护国家安全条例》，涵盖五大类新罪行。到底为什么最近香港政府要加大力度对23条立法猛踩油门？这对日后的香港会带来怎样的影响？
