The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia  recently announced that they are currently working with Putrajaya on a pilot project to protect child detainees who are detained together with adults from potential abuse. We spoke to James Nayagam, the Commissioner of SUHAKAM to find out more about the project and the gravity of the problem.
