SUHAKAM is calling for the National Registration Department to provide an easier process in making amendments to one's religious status in MyKad, as indigenous communities in Sabah and Sarawak find theirs automatically converted to "Islam" when applying for MyKad. We speak to Dr Madeline Burma for her insights.
