The National Education Savings Scheme, or SSPN, was first introduced in 2004, to help parents save up for their children's education, and reduce student debt. Ahmad Dasuki Abdul Majid, Chief Executive of PTPTN spoke to us about how this scheme has helped students, and the impact it's had on Malaysian education.
